Temple Israel in Kinston, North Carolina, is a Reform Jewish synagogue in rural eastern NC. While once a vibrant Southern Jewish community, only a few members remain. Nevertheless, we are a warm and welcoming group and encourage visitors to join us for our monthly lay-lead Shabbat services, High Holy Day services, and our special holiday services.
We usually have services on the first Shabbat evening of every month at 5:30 pm. Please note that this is subject to change to accommodate holidays and special services. Contact us by the email or phone below to verify the time of the service for that particular month.
